Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description :

• Role Overview : Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for frontline and service roles across multiple locations including Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
• Bulk Hiring Targets : Handle and close a minimum of 50+ volume roles per month, ensuring timely fulfillment of business-critical positions.
• Sourcing Strategy : Develop and implement strong sourcing pipelines through walk-ins, job portals, social media, and referrals. Identify and utilize the most effective sourcing channels for bulk hiring.
• Screening & Quality : Screen and shortlist candidates based on job fit, readiness for role, and fluency in the local language (Tamil).
• Interview Coordination : Plan, schedule, and manage large-scale interview drives including two rounds of physical walk-ins and a final virtual round.
• Offer & Onboarding Management : Ensure smooth offer rollouts and joining follow-ups to minimize dropouts and onboard immediate joiners efficiently.
• Tools & Reporting : Use recruitment tools or ATS platforms (e.g., Zappyhire, Naukri RMS) and maintain accurate daily recruitment data through Excel or Google Sheets.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business teams to meet hiring goals and maintain quality standards.
