ABOUT THE JOB

• Meetings with Retail clients for business development & Coordination with clients to understand design intent and scope of work and guide a team of designers in producing designs as per client requirements.
• Coordinating with Retail team, external BD partners at regular interval to generate direct business.
• Expertise in entire sales cycle : s, Showing the project, Follow up and follow through, Conversion.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets
• Brand Development (Working closely with PR agencies, website and social media Agencies)
• Coordinating and getting the layouts approved from the clients.
• Preparing BOQ.
• Coordinating the furniture supplies for every Order
• Coordinating the payments for every account
• Building professional associations among Architects & Designers, finding and generating

qualified leads through referrals and cold calls
