Key Responsibilities :

Achieve Revenue Targets :

  • Meet or exceed the annual sales goals by consistently closing deals and increasing client adoption.

Product Presentations :

  • Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers to drive interest and conversions.
  • Client Relationship Management :

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with school coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and increase product adoption.
  • Lead Generation :

  • Perform both inbound and outbound calls to identify new business opportunities and qualify leads.
  • Support Field Team :

  • Assist the field sales team by scheduling appointments and providing background support to improve conversion rates.
  • Sales Tracking and Reporting :

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track sales data, and prepare reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • CRM Documentation :

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up :

  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up on all qualified leads to maximize sales potential.
