Key Responsibilities
Customer Visits & Relationship Management
- Regularly visit both industrial and corporate clients to understand their requirements and build long-term, value-driven relationships.
- Conduct site visits with team members to identify new sales opportunities.
- Take a proactive approach to client servicing and upselling.
Sales Meetings & Strategy
Attend and actively participate in all sales reviews, planning, and strategy meetings.Contribute to proposal creation and offer insights to refine pricing, logistics, and supply chain strategies.Participate in the development of strategic sales plans based on customer segmentation, competitive positioning, and market intelligence.Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Actively participate in all Sales Order (SO) and Delivery Order (DO) communication platforms.Collaborate with internal teams (Transport, Port, Operations, Purchase, and Traders) for smooth execution and conversion.Sales Expertise
Handle high-value deals with confidence and professionalism.Ability to analyze competition and market trends to inform sales strategy.Communication & Presentation
Excellent persuasive verbal and written communication skills.Capable of creating compelling business proposals and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.Analytical & Strategic Thinking
Use data and reporting tools to monitor performance and support decision-making.Work with dashboards (Google Sheets / Mobile Apps) to assess trends, forecasts, and sales pipelines.Strategically plan business development initiatives for new customer acquisition.Technical and Digital Proficiency
Comfortable using Google Sheets, mobile applications, and digital CRM platforms.Able to interpret and work with data dashboards, reports, and internal tools to monitor sales progress.Education
