Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Industrial Relations (IR) Manager with extensive experience in managing employee relations, union negotiations, labor law compliance, and stakeholder management within the Renewable Energy sector . The ideal candidate will be presentable , have excellent communication skills , and possess a deep understanding of IR strategies, dispute resolution, and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain effective industrial relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and sustain healthy relationships with employees, union representatives, and labor authorities.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory rules, and statutory regulations.
- Represent the company in labor court cases, conciliations, and negotiations.
- Drive employee engagement at sites and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
- Liaise with government bodies, legal advisors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation related to IR activities, settlements, and compliance records.
- Manage IR risks and proactively address potential labor issues across project sites.
Requirements :
Experience : 15 to 20 years in Industrial Relations , preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or Renewable Energy (Wind / Solar) sectors.Communication : Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.Presentation : Well-presented, confident, and capable of representing the company externally.Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of labor laws, IR best practices, and statutory obligations.Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Law, Industrial Relations, or related disciplines.Regards,
