Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our commercial vehicle showroom sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving customer satisfaction, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Drive both retail and corporate sales of commercial vehicles.
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
- Set individual sales targets and review performance regularly.
- Provide guidance and coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship building.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Build long-term relationships with fleet owners, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
- Operational Management
- Oversee daily showroom activities and ensure professional standards are maintained.
- Ensure timely documentation, vehicle delivery, and finance / insurance coordination.
- Maintain proper stock management and vehicle display at the showroom.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate / MBA preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automobile sales (commercial vehicle experience preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.Knowledge of local commercial vehicle market and customer segments.Key Skills :
