The Role

We’re now looking for a Partnerships & Growth Manager to drive our next phase. This role is about more than sales - it’s about shaping long-term partnerships, building trust with founders, and positioning Selvedge as the premium global partner for fashion and lifestyle brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of D2C and fashion / lifestyle brand clients across India, UK, and UAE.
  • Lead outreach with sourcing managers, heads of buying, and brand founders via , email, and networks.
  • Create tailored pitches and proposals for Selvedge’s full-stack services (design → development → production → campaign).
  • Close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding, collaborating with design and production teams.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and funding updates to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent Selvedge at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Contribute to thought leadership - case studies, client showcases, and partnership stories, to build credibility.
  • Work directly with the founder to align business growth with Selvedge’s vision of becoming the country's largest full stack fashion partner.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable pitching to founders and senior decision-makers.
  • A natural relationship-builder who thrives on trust, collaboration, and long-term value creation.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for spotting opportunities in brand growth and fashion industry shifts.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, manage pipelines, and deliver on revenue targets.
  • Excited by fashion, design, and building brands that scale globally.
