Location : Hyderabad (Onsite) – DSL Abacus, Uppal
Experience : Minimum 5+ Years in US IT Staffing (with focus on State / Federal Client requirements)
Work Hours : US Shift (EST)

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead / Sr. US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US IT Staffing , specializing in State and Federal Client requirements . The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to placement — while mentoring junior recruiters and ensuring delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate should have a proven record of success working with State Clients, Direct Clients, and Tier-1 Vendors , with the ability to drive quality submissions and meet aggressive deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for State / Federal client requirements – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, Referrals, and Internal Databases .
- Evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, project experience, and suitability for specific client needs.
- Negotiate compensation, relocation, and availability terms with consultants.
- Coordinate interviews, track submissions, and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand requirements and strategize hiring plans.
- Maintain detailed recruitment reports, pipelines, and trackers.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, VMS policies, and internal processes.
- Lead or mentor a small team of recruiters to achieve targets and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing , with proven success supporting State and Federal Clients .Strong experience working on VMS portals like Vector VMS, Covendis, Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, PeopleFluent , etc.Solid understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills .Proven ability to deliver high-quality submissions and closures under tight deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office and ATS / CRM tools (CEIPAL, Bullhorn, etc.).Ability to work in US time zones (Night Shifts) .Why Join Us
