About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US staffing across all non-IT industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, Clinical, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Administrative, Customer Support, and Professional Services.

This position requires hands-on experience in the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication, and the ability to work closely with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, evaluating, interviewing, and closing candidates for multiple non-IT domains .
• Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Work with direct clients and VMS / MSP accounts to deliver quality candidates within deadlines.
• Negotiate pay rates, prepare candidate submissions, and schedule client interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and long-term relationship building.
• Work in alignment with account managers, delivery leads, and client needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly / monthly progress reports.
