Position Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and eager Non IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about recruitment in non-IT sectors and seeking to develop a career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing :

Identify and source candidates for non-IT roles through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screening :

Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for non-IT roles.

Interview Coordination :

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

Job Posting :

Create and post job descriptions for non-IT positions on various job portals and social media platforms.

Database Management :

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.

Candidate Communication :

Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status.

Collaboration :

Work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand the specific requirements for non-IT roles and assist in tailoring recruitment strategies.

Onboarding Support :

Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring smooth transitions into their new roles.

Compliance :

Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and labor regulations.

Continuous Improvement :

Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and contribute to enhancing the candidate experience.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
