Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering tailored solutions and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main liaison between assigned clients and internal teams (Product, Tech, and Operations).
  • Understand client business needs and align our technology solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end account lifecycle including onboarding, ongoing engagement, renewal, and upselling.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively address client issues or escalations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to revenue expansion through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Track and report account health metrics, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital payment regulations, and competitor offerings.

Desired Skills & Experience :

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship management in the fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or technology domains.
  • Proven experience handling enterprise or B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Technical aptitude or familiarity with payment systems, APIs, or banking infrastructure is a plus.
