Job Overview :
As an Account Manager in the Data & AI space, you will be pivotal in managing customer relationships and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management : Support revenue targets for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Account Development : Assist in developing and executing account growth strategies focused on Data and AI solutions, including generative AI applications.
Customer Relationship Management : Nurture existing customer relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
New Business Opportunities : Identify and qualify new business opportunities through marketing efforts and referrals.
Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Sales Pipeline Tracking : Maintain and manage sales pipeline, tracking deal progress and revenue forecasts.
