Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers, designers, and site teams.
Drive business growth through client relationship management and new business development.
Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and processes for operational efficiency.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of experience (for GM) / 5+ years (for AGM) in the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Business development acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
Knowledge of project management tools and interior design processes.
