Key Responsibilities :
Lead and expand business across assigned international markets by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
Represent the company at global exhibitions, events, and conferences to enhance brand presence and generate business opportunities.
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with distributors and strategic partners to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers by offering relevant products and solutions, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high service standards.
Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to formulate effective business strategies.
Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
Support customers during the evaluation and trials of new products, ensuring successful implementation and actionable feedback.
Develop and maintain pricing policies and market entry strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Coordinate with the finance and credit control teams to ensure timely collection of receivables.
Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure smooth order execution and optimal service levels in assigned markets.
Lead, mentor, and develop the team to achieve business objectives and deliver high performance.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum 15 years experience in international business, preferably in the Medical Device or Pharma Industry
Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities with a high degree of accuracy.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
