Job Description :

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing Sales Development team for EMEA and North America. The ideal candidate has strong outbound sales leadership, lead qualifications, pipeline generation, and stakeholder engagement experience. US market expertise is mandatory. End-to-end sales cycle experience is required, with digital marketing or SaaS / IT backgrounds preferred. The role demands strategic thinking, cross-regional collaboration, and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Drive outbound prospecting strategies tailored to EMEA and NA markets. Ensure the team meets qualified lead generation targets, appointment setting KPIs, and pipeline contribution goals.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track and review team metrics, including call volumes, conversion rates, and meeting outcomes. Proactively implement actions to improve individual and team performance.
  • Pipeline Management : Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. Work closely with regional stakeholders to align SDR efforts with sales priorities and business goals.
  • Team Leadership : Manage a team of SDRs, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with business objectives. Lead daily huddles, monthly reviews, and quarterly performance assessments.
  • Coaching & Development : Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and mentoring to team members. Design upskilling initiatives, sales enablement sessions, and role-play scenarios to elevate team capabilities.
  • Hiring & Onboarding : Participate in recruitment and structured onboarding of new SDRs. Ensure the team is staffed appropriately to handle evolving regional coverage needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Liaise with marketing, product, and sales operations to ensure campaign effectiveness and message consistency. Act as a feedback loop to improve messaging, targeting, and tools.
  • Process Improvement : Identify gaps in outreach workflows, CRM usage, and lead follow-up processes. Implement tools and strategies to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Deliver regular reports on team performance, lead conversion metrics, and pipeline health. Contribute to strategic sales forecasting and quarterly planning cycles.

Skills & Experience :

  • Sales Development Expertise : Strong background in outbound B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, digital media, or tech-driven environments.
  • Team Leadership : Minimum 3+ years of experience managing SDR or Inside Sales teams with a focus on performance management and coaching.
  • EMEA & NA Market Understanding : Familiarity with business norms, time zones, and outreach nuances for North America and Europe / Middle East / Africa territories.
  • CRM & Tools Proficiency : Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar sales engagement platforms.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management : Ability to influence across regions, lead strategic discussions, and align with senior stakeholders.
  • Escalation & Conflict Resolution : Skilled in addressing performance issues and managing escalations tactfully and effectively.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development leadership roles (Leading Sales agents and Team leaders).
  • Exposure to both B2B SaaS and digital advertising sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive improvements.
  • Proven success in mentoring high-performing sales teams.
  • Comfortable working across international time zones and virtual environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
