Experience : 2-4 Years (Insurance or BFSI preferred)

Job Role :

Manage and grow business through bank branches (Bancassurance model).

Build strong relationships with branch staff to drive insurance sales.

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct regular training and lead generation activities at branch level.

Eligibility :

Graduate (Any Stream)

Minimum 1+ years of experience in Life Insurance

Strong communication & relationship-building skills
