Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth execution of sales and customer service activities.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and branch-level sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and market penetration in the home loan segment.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and initiate corrective measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (credit, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless loan processing and approvals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
Drive initiatives to expand the customer base through local marketing activities and partnerships.

Fluency in the local language (Gujarati) is an added Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance is preferred but not 4-6 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 23 years in a leadership or branch management role.
Prior experience in home loan sales, housing finance, or financial services is highly desirable
