Job description

Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations : Oversee and manage all sales operations within the designated area.
  • Target Achievement : Drive sales and consistently achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Strategy : Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and competitors, and use these insights to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership : Coordinate and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are successful.
  • Reporting : Prepare detailed sales reports and participate in sales meetings and presentations to communicate progress and insights to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience : Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Satisfaction. Experience in the payments or financial technology industry is a plus.
  • Skills : Strong skills in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Target Achievement.
  • Communication : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Work Ethic : The ability to work on-site and commit to long-term business goals.
