This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager, located in Surat, Gujarat. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple branch operations within the cluster. This includes setting and achieving business targets, coordinating with branch managers for daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

The role also involves training and mentoring branch staff, conducting performance assessments, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and new business Experience in branch management, business operations, and regulatory compliance

• Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies for growth and efficiency
• Well-versed in financial products, loan advisory, and mortgage solutions
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
