Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Coordinator and Recruiter based in Ahmedabad, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Coordinator and Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting sales team members, managing communication with clients, and assisting in sales-related administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and a proven track record in sales roles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Previous recruiting experience, especially in a sales context, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
