Position Details

Role : Sales Coordinator / Back Office Executive
Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Qualification : Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any stream)
Job Type : Full-time, Work from Office
Job Timing : Monday to Saturday, 10 : 00 AM to 07 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve coordination, support, and operational assistance for the sales team to ensure smooth execution of all sales processes. Major tasks include :

Managing client communications and providing customer support.

Preparing quotations, invoices, and maintaining records.

Handling sales leads, updating CRM, and assisting in lead qualification and allocation.

Tracking and following up on payments and order status.

Coordinating internally with the operations, project, and service teams.

Supporting sales engineers with reports, proposals, and on-field coordination.

Daily monitoring of tasks and ensuring smooth execution of the sales pipeline.

Key Skills Required

Groomed and confident personality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong email drafting and coordination ability.

Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
