Client :  A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 200 Crs & employee strength of 200 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms.

Job Title – Sales Coordinator

Working days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Location – Ahmedabad

Experience : - 6-8 years

Salary : INR 35000-45000

Qualification -  Graduate

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales & Inventory Data Management :

Maintain and update sales records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Upload and manage product listings and images on various channel partner platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Conduct regular check across all online portals to ensure product visibility, pricing, and listing accuracy.

Coordinate with warehouses, logistics teams, transporters and channel partners POC (Modern Trade & Quick Commerce) to manage order dispatches, appointments, and escalations as needed.

Follow up on product deliveries and returns with relevant channel partners to ensure timely closures.

Assist in onboarding new accounts by collecting and managing required details and documentation.

Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports for internal stakeholders and management.

Liaise closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.
