At Outsure Global , we're building a new-age outsourcing company across 5 verticals : Digital Marketing, Engineering, Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Recruitment .

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who goes beyond ticking boxes, someone who thrives on driving performance and making an impact. You'll work directly with our Marketing Specialist, Business Development Specialist, and company founders to ensure campaigns, sales assets, and content initiatives are delivered on time, at quality, and with measurable results .

This role blends sales + marketing + operations with the added edge of AI-driven workflows . You'll help us scale faster, smarter, and with accountability.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outcomes : Keep projects (blogs, campaigns, brochures, posts) on track and ensure deadlines aren't just met, but met with results in mind.
• Leverage AI for efficiency : Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and others to cut turnaround time, generate insights, and improve output quality.
• Drive accountability : Coordinate with freelancers and interns to make sure work is done to standard, on time, and aligned with goals.
• Turn strategy into execution : Break high-level plans into clear action items, delegate smartly, and monitor completion.
• Track and report impact : Share weekly updates that highlight what's shipped, what's performing, and what's next.
