Our client is a fintech startup focused on building a secure platform that enables seamless and trustworthy data sharing among financial institutions. Their framework supports the efficient exchange of information between financial institutions and the users who rely on them for financial services.

Budget : Max 30 LPA

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with 3-5 years of fintech

experience to drive revenue growth and lead a team of sales professionals. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client

relationships, and expanding our market presence.

The Role :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business
  • objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fintech ecosystem,
  • including banks, NBFCs, and financial service providers.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our offerings to
  • potential clients.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and
  • customer success, to align sales strategies with company goals.

  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports on progress, challenges.
  • Key Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales within the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B fintech sales.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, digital banking, and account aggregation
  • solutions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing and growing a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred but not
  • mandatory).
