Job Introduction

The (Senior) Manager, IT Solutions India at Magna IT is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of all IT solutions, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources (HR) systems, Finance Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Business-to-Business (B2B) platforms, Warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant applications with focus on India.

This includes a strong collaboration with global service leads, managing the regional team, supporting Magna divisions across the Asia-Pacif ic, European, and North American regions.

The role requires a strong understanding of various business processes, technology solutions, and the ability to lead a regional team.

Major and Planning :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for IT solutions, aligning with Magna's overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with regional business leaders and key stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes and corporate goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT solutions.
