About the Role :
- We are hiring a high-impact Delivery Manager (Business Manager) to lead our IT Contract Staffing operations for the Indian domestic market.
- This role is tailor-made for professionals who have grown from hands-on technical recruiting into leadership, and are now ready to scale delivery across product-based and tech-driven client portfolios.
- The ideal candidate is strategic, process-oriented, and performance-driven, with a deep understanding of the unique nuances of domestic IT contract staffing in India.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead end-to-end delivery for IT contract staffing mandates across high-demand product-based and enterprise clients.Manage and scale teams of Team Leads and Technical Recruiters, ensuring timely closures and quality submissions.Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Business Heads, and Market Directors to understand client needs and translate them into delivery plans.Build and execute strong hiring strategies for niche and hard-to-fill tech roles using premium sourcing channels.Leverage platforms like Naukri (Resdex), LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc., to drive quality sourcing.Ensure streamlined usage of ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, CEIPAL) and recruitment dashboards for tracking performance, funnel metrics, and SLAs.Train and mentor delivery teams not only on technical screening but also on soft skills, communication, and stakeholder handling.Drive delivery metrics like TAT, submittal-to-interview ratios, fill rates, and client satisfaction scores.Lead recruiter onboarding, performance reviews, and continuous upskilling Qualifications :10+ years of total experience in IT staffing, with at least 5-7 years in delivery / team leadership roles.Proven success in hiring for technology and niche skills in the Indian contract staffing market.Strong exposure to product-based client hiring and experience handling aggressive delivery timelines.Hands-on knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and premium sourcing platforms.Working experience with ATS tools such as Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or similar.Ability to manage distributed teams, prioritize multiple roles, and drive performance against targets.Strong communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to design and implement recruiter training programs for both technical and soft skill QualificationsEngineering / Technical educational background is a plus.Exposure to hybrid or remote delivery models.Experience working in mid-to-large staffing organizations with structured KPIs and Note Role EligibilityThis role is exclusively for professionals in IT Domestic Contract Staffing.
Candidates with experience only in the following areas will not be considered :
