Role : Senior RPA Developer - Power Platform

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 4 to 6 years

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer with 46 years of experience in automation development using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions, integrating AI :

• Lead the design and development of complex automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to development standards.
• Develop and manage reusable components and connectors for enterprise-wide use.
• Monitor and optimize performance of existing automation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment, testing, and post-deployment support.
• Maintain documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and user Skills :
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of AI Builder and Azure Cognitive Services for integrating AI / ML capabilities.
• Proficiency in integrating APIs, web services, and external data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in performance tuning of automation workflows.
• Good understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL.
• Experience with version control tools like Azure DevOps,GIT
• Exposure to scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, R ,VBA, LinQ.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI / CD :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in RPA and intelligent automation development.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform technologies are highly desirable.
