We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior RPA Developer to join our Automation and Orchestration team.

In this role, you will be responsible for solution design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of RPA bots, primarily in the Finance and Accounting domain.

You will play a key role in driving end-to-end automation solutions that optimize business processes and integrate intelligent automation Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into RPA solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA bots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Monitor bot performance and ensure reliable, error-free execution.
• Integrate RPA solutions with tools such as Splunk for reporting and dashboards.
• Apply DevOps methodologies and work within Agile frameworks using tools like JIRA.
• Utilize Azure cloud services to deploy and manage automation workloads.
• Support continuous process improvement and introduce intelligent automation capabilities.
• Act as a liaison between Finance stakeholders and technical teams for accurate requirement gathering and solution Skills & Experience :
• 710 years of hands-on experience with RPA tools, especially UiPath.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Re-Framework.
• Experience in solution design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA bots.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience working in the Finance and Accounting domain.
• Understanding of intelligent automation and AI capabilities within RPA platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, especially in engineering and finance.
• Familiarity with Splunk integration, Azure cloud, and DevOps practices.
• Azure certification is Tools & Technologies :
