About the job : Senior RPA Developer
About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath and / or Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions.
You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust automation, ensure the best practices in coding and deployment, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation landscape.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the build seat writing, testing, and deploying bots while also mentoring junior developers and supporting production processes.
What Youll Do :
Automation development :
- Design, build, and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center.
- Develop Power Automate flows (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Apps for business process automation.
- Create chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents for HR, finance, and service workflows.
- Apply document processing tools (UiPath Document Understanding, ABBYY, AWS Textract) for automating unstructured data.
Deployment & Support :
Package and deploy automations to test and production environments.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to maintain high up-time.Ensure compliance with security and data handling policies.Standards & Best Practices :
Follow coding standards for RPA and Power Platform solutions.Build reusable components, libraries, and templates to accelerate delivery.Write unit tests and conduct peer reviews to maintain code quality.Collaboration :
Work closely with business analysts to understand process requirements.Partner with IT teams to integrate bots with ERP, CRM, and cloud services.Document solutions (PDDs, SDDs, test scripts) to support smooth knowledge transfer.Mentorship :
Guide junior developers on technical challenges.Share knowledge on UiPath and Power Platform best practices across the teamWhat Were Looking For :
5-8 years of hands-on development experience in UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio / Orchestrator and experience building attended / unattended automations.Practical experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents.Exposure to OCR / IDP tools like UiPath DU or ABBYY.Proficiency with .NET (C# / VB), Python, SQL, or JavaScript for extending automations.Familiarity with Agile development and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.You communicate clearly and confidently, whether youre talking to technical teams or business users.Youre great at juggling priorities and delivering results, even when deadlines are tight.What You Bring to the Table :
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience working in the financial industry, banking, financial markets, or similar.Nice-to-Have Certifications :
