Senior RPA Developer - UiPath / Blue Prism

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with 1-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. You will be instrumental in streamlining and digitizing key business processes by designing, building, and deploying robust automation solutions. This role requires strong expertise in both UiPath and Blue Prism, a solid background in programming, and a keen understanding of process design and improvement within financial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism to digitize and streamline key business processes.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and drive efficiency.
• Build, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable automation solutions that are aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and create detailed process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python to support and extend RPA solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing bots and automation processes, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Participate in all phases of the RPA development lifecycle, from initial ideation to post-production support.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on RPA best practices and methodologies.
• Ensure all automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.
