About the job :

Role : RPA Power Platform Developer

Experience : 2-7 years

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)

Shift : 11 AM 9 PM IST

Work Location : Noida, Hyderabad, Overview :

We are looking for RPA Power Platform Developers with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI Builder.

The role involves designing, building, and supporting automation workflows and applications, integrating them with enterprise systems, and driving process Responsibilities :

Develop, configure, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
Build and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) for business process automation.
Implement AI Builder & Power Automate AI extraction for document / data automation.
Integrate automation with SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and document technical specifications.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver automation projects on time.
Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of automation flows.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best Skills :

47 Years Experience :

Advanced skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, and Power Automate AI extraction.

Experience in designing end-to-end automation workflows across enterprise systems.

Integration with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure services.

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and RPA governance.

Mentoring junior developers and leading small automation Qualifications :

Microsoft certifications : PL-500 (Power Automate RPA Developer), PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals).

Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
