Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automated processes using RPA tools.

The role involves analyzing business requirements, building automation solutions, and supporting continuous improvement by eliminating manual and repetitive tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience with leading RPA platforms and strong problem-solving skills to deliver efficient automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Create and maintain workflow diagrams, technical documentation, and process definitions.
Ensure automations meet scalability, security, and performance standards.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements.
Test, debug, and optimize bots for efficiency and reliability.
Monitor bot performance and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Stay updated with new features of RPA tools and emerging automation technologies.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong understanding of RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

Proficiency in programming / scripting languages (C#, .NET, Java, Python, VB).

Knowledge of SQL databases, APIs, and web services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to create process documentation and maintain detailed records.

Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in software development or process automation.

Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool.

RPA certifications (UiPath Developer, Blue Prism Developer, etc.) are highly desirable.
