About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join us as a  Sr. Manager / Manager – Human Resources . This role requires someone who can lead end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus on  talent acquisition, performance management, and operational HR activities  to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead  Talent Acquisition  across levels : sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the right talent fit.
• Drive the full  Performance Management Cycle : KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Implement and manage  employee engagement programs  to build a positive and motivated work culture.
• Support in  attendance, payroll coordination, grievance redressal, and exit processes .
• Regularly review and update  HR policies and SOPs  in line with best practices.
• Generate and maintain  HR dashboards, MIS, and reports  to support decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior HR team members (if any).
• Support  employer branding initiatives , including social media, internal communications, and PR coordination.
