We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join MYCPEONE and drive our expansion within the US Accounting and CPA firm market.
This role is critical for promoting our suite of services, including lead generation, digital marketing, and outsourcing solutions, specifically designed for accounting professionals.
The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a deep understanding of the accounting industry's pain points and opportunities.
You will be responsible for generating new business through targeted lead generation, strategic cold outreach, and converting prospects into long-term Responsibilities
- Sector-Specific Prospecting : Conduct targeted research to identify and qualify potential client Accounting and CPA firms across the US, understanding their size, specializations, and growth challenges.
- Targeted Outreach Campaigns : Execute strategic outbound initiatives, including cold calling and personalized email blasts, to introduce our services (e.g., outsourced bookkeeping, tax preparation support, digital marketing for CPAs, lead generation services).
- Pipeline & Relationship Management : Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Nurture relationships with firm partners and decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their unique needs.
- Sales Cycle Management : Own the entire sales process for accounting firms, from initial contact and needs analysis to delivering tailored presentations, negotiating agreements, and closing contracts.
- Client Success Collaboration : Work closely with existing accounting firm clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities for additional services, and secure renewals.
- Market Intelligence : Maintain a deep knowledge of the accounting industry, including competitive trends, regulatory changes, and the specific challenges firms face in client
acquisition and operational efficiency.
Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue achievements using our CRM Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).3-5 years of proven track record in business development within the outsourcing or related industry, with emphasis on lead generation, cold calling, and mass mailing.Strong understanding of the US market and business landscape.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.Experience in negotiation, contract closure, and consistently meeting sales targets.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.(ref : iimjobs.com)
