Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for Proven track record in sales management and team leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and execute successful sales strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
