Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly driven International Sales Manager to spearhead Motadata's growth across the Middle East, South Africa, and APAC regions. This role is suited for a seasoned sales professional with a proven ability to hunt for new opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and manage the complete enterprise sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, particularly in ITSM, NMS, AIOps, or enterprise IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- New Business Acquisition (Hunting) : Identify, engage, and convert new prospects across assigned international territories.
- Account Growth (Farming) : Strengthen and expand existing customer relationships by driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership : Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.
- Partner & Distributor Management : Collaborate with regional distributors and channel partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and accelerate revenue growth.
- Market Expansion : Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across Middle East, South Africa, and APAC markets to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Relationship Management : Establish strong connections with CXOs, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Provide accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and periodic reports to management.
- Travel : Conduct international travel as required for client and partner meetings, events, and negotiations.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Experience : 5+ years of proven B2B enterprise software sales experience with a strong focus on ITSM, NMS, AIOps, or enterprise IT solutions.Sales Acumen : Demonstrated success in closing enterprise deals, achieving sales targets, and managing large accounts.Hunting & Farming Skills : Strong ability to generate new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.Communication & Negotiation : Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills.Market Knowledge : Understanding of regional business practices, market dynamics, and cultural nuances in Middle East, South Africa, and APAC.Self-Motivation : Proactive, independent, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.Willingness to Travel : Open to frequent international travel based on business needs.(ref : iimjobs.com)
