Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating with clients, assisting the sales team in achieving targets, and ensuring smooth operations of the sales process. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotations, proposals, agreements, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, accounts, operations, etc.) to ensure timely order processing and client satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide necessary product / service information.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports for management.
- Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and clients.
- Must have experience in making quotation and proposal.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or B2B in a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.Raj ( HR Manager )
