Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) is a pioneering electrical and automation brand with a rich legacy of over 70 years in India. We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry. L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.

About the Role

Manager / Sr. Manager - Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies specific to the Delhi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Noida, Faridabad, Dehradun, Jammu, and Chandigarh markets.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including Product Builders (PB), end users, and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create preference for our LV products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales promotion and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve products and services based on customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of LV products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Required Skills

    4 – 10 years of experience
