Job Description :
- Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team on deal structuring, pricing, product positioning, and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with finance on the approval of contract term redlines, guiding sales toward alternative solutions that meet both customer and organizational requirements.
- Establish and implement best-practice methodologies to scale the Deal Desk through process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Proactively guide deals through internal approval processes to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation.
- Review and validate opportunity details in Salesforce, confirming deal completion and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across all levels of the sales organization.
- Serve as the primary liaison between sales, product, customer success, and finance to facilitate deal execution.
- Identify, recommend, and lead process improvement initiatives based on prior experience and market best practices.
- Support sales and finance teams with ad hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience in Deal , Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise technology industry.Proven experience in enterprise deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and approval workflows.Expertise in Salesforce CRM and other deal management tools.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.(ref : iimjobs.com)
