About the Role
The AGM / Sr. Manager / Manager – Institutional Sales will be responsible for driving institutional sales in assigned territories, ensuring monthly sales targets are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development :
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify and onboard potential clients, including government departments, real estate developers, EPC contractors, and structural consultants.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Client Engagement :
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase SRMB Steel’s product portfolio and value proposition.
- Provide technical support and solutions to clients, liaising with the Quality Control (QC) team for technical clarifications.
- Manage customer queries, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Site Management & Dispatch Coordination :
- Oversee end-to-end site operations for institutional projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch coordination to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, QC, and production) for seamless order fulfillment.
- Market Analysis & Reporting :
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor activities.
- Prepare and present weekly / monthly sales reports, forecasting, and territory performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with regional sales teams to align institutional sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members where applicable.
