About the Role
In this role, you will be part of a team within Swiss Re's Digital Tech Re organization , focusing on delivering internal and client-facing applications across Life & Health Underwriting and Claims domains. These systems support automated risk assessment, case tracking, client communication, dashboard / reporting functionalities, and decision-making processes.
You will work closely with business and IT partners to capture requirements, define specifications, test solutions, and support development projects. You'll also contribute to process improvements, standards, and innovation initiatives within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and define solutions for complex business needs and transform them into functional and non-functional specifications.Collaborate in crafting risk assessment and decision models .Contribute to conceptualization and innovation of new initiatives.Act as a bridge between business and IT , solving business challenges through technology.Work closely with designers and UX experts to develop prototypes .Participate in Agile ceremonies with development teams.Continuously look for ways to enhance application quality and development processes.Maintain focus on high-quality documentation for requirements and specifications.Support and evolve business analysis standards across the organization.Share knowledge and mentor peers within the team.Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing .Provide business operations support when needed.About the Team
