Key Responsibilities :

Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis : Track performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.

Multi-site Coordination : Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.

Team Development : Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.

Project Handover / Takeover : Ensure smooth transitions, following defined scopes and protocols.

MIS & Documentation : Manage weekly / monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.

Cost Optimization : Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.

Candidate Profile :

Education :

B.E. in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)

Experience : 7–10 years of overall experience with min. 5 years in Solar O&M as middle level management. Experience with 33kV substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting is preferred.

Key Skills :

Strong leadership and stakeholder management

Proficiency in ERP systems, MIS reporting

Work Environment :

Base Location : Pune Head Office
