Key Responsibilities :

Gain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas, healthcare trends, and pharmaceutical marketing dynamics.Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and strategies that align with client objectives.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, medical, and strategy departments, to ensure seamless execution.Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background : B.Pharm, MBA in Marketing / Management with a degree in Science / Pharma / Healthcare.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to engage clients and prospects effectively.Sales Orientation : Confidence and tenacity for learning cold calling and initiating new business conversations.Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and nurture professional relationships with clients and colleagues.Organizational Skills : Strong project management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities.Analytical Thinking : Capable of understanding healthcare data and translating it into actionable insights.Proficiency : Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.Attitude : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Note : This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, client management, and sales acumen.
