Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients under supervision
- Understand client briefs and help translate them for internal teams (design, content, strategy)
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via email, calls, and meetings
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, or proposals as needed
- Ensure client satisfaction by following up regularly and addressing minor issues promptly
- Learn and use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, or project management software
- Assist in maintaining documentation, meeting notes, and task trackers
