We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage day-to-day communication and address client queries promptly.
- Support in creating proposals, presentations, and reports as per client needs.
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and handling escalations effectively.
- Maintain client satisfaction by regularly gathering feedback and improving service levels.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer-facing roles (agency experience preferred).Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail.Team player with a customer-first approach.What We Offer :
