  • Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.
  • Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

About the Role : -

Position : Commercial Sales Manager - Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced City Head Commercial Sales to lead and drive business growth for our commercial category. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in category building, business growth, and sales leadership. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in startups or the real estate / construction sector, with a proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies proactively.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual terms.
  • Key Requirements :

  • 2-8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business growth, or category leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in startups or high-growth businesses is preferred.
  • Proven track record in category building, scaling businesses, and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in real estate / construction is a plus.
  • Strong team leadership skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
