Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with manufacturers, leading negotiations, and implementing effective sales plans.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management
Skills in Negotiation, Customer Communication, and Goal-Oriented Sales Approach
Familiarity with Food Processing Machinery and equipment, or knowledge of the industry
Strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capability
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
Comfortable working in an on-site role in Bengaluru
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or industry-related events
