The candidate would be responsible to develop and manage marketing programs, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building
Key Responsibilities :
- Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies majorly in field of Minerals(Talc)
- Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
- Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
- Analyses and evaluates financial aspects of product development.
- Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
- Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
- Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Minerals market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
