Responsibilities
- Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies majorly in field of Minerals (Talc)
- Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
- Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
- Analyses and evaluates financial aspects of product development.
- Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
- Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
- Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Minerals market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Local candidate from Chennai / Bangalore or willing to relocateExperience in marketing or related fieldMBA in sales and marketingExposure to Industrial mineral / chemical / Plastic / Paint / Polymer industry will be Preferred.Experience :
Minimum 3 –8 years of experience of Industrial Minerals sales and Marketing.
