JOB DETAILS

Responsible for the Installation, Maintenance and repairs of Products that have been sold. Their jobs usually involve customer service because they work on-site to solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Service engineers have to repair and service all the equipment
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
• Provide on-site training to the customers
• Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied.
• Responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls
• Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
• Co-operate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Build positive relationships with customers
