Service Reliability Engineer 3

Mandatory Technical Skillsets :

• Architecting and implementing CI / CD pipelines to automate software delivery process.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of Argo CD helm charts for automation tasks.
• Must have knowledge of Java Scripting and Groovy scripting. Must have knowledge of Jenkins and Open Shift. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and CyberArk is a big advantage, as well as familiarity with GitOps principles.
• Implementing and managing containerization solutions with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

Manage application operations for Core Services end to end.

Manage the full application stack (OS, Data Bases and Data Stores,

Application, Links, vNW and the corresponding support functions according to the agreed service levels (internal & external)

Service Automation.

Change and Release Management : Manage and execute change, release and test processes and drive automation of these processes

Problem & Incident Management.

Capitalizes on functional and technical knowledge to lead the activity and perform at the highest level.
